1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bdt67", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bdt67 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://bdt67.io.
• "Platform" means the bdt67 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, tools, betting markets, casino games, and account management functions.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the bdt67 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the bdt67 Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held in your bdt67 Account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance as separately tracked.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay that have not been subject to any bonus terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit funds awarded subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a player must achieve before Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the bdt67 Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By completing the registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox during account creation, or by otherwise using any functionality of the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with bdt67 on the basis of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device used to access the Platform (desktop browser, mobile browser, tablet) and regardless of the specific service used (sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, or any other product offered on the Platform).

bdt67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting an update notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the player's Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to register and maintain an Account on bdt67 you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of bdt67, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Not have previously had a bdt67 Account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

bdt67 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during ongoing account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bdt67 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, bdt67 will suspend all associated Accounts, forfeit any balances held across those Accounts, and cancel all pending withdrawal requests.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any material false, misleading, or incomplete information provided at registration or during subsequent verification requests will entitle bdt67 to immediately close your Account and, in the case of fraudulent registration, to report the matter to appropriate authorities.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) device or application linked to your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

bdt67 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you have reason to believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdt67 immediately by contacting [email protected] so that your Account can be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdt67 will process any withdrawable Real Money Balance to your registered payment method and close the Account within a reasonable administrative period. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable upon voluntary Account closure unless full wagering requirements have been met prior to the closure request.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bdt67 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bdt67, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your bdt67 Wallet following confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs within 2 minutes of successful transaction completion. bdt67 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing issues or network failures outside our control.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned to the originating account and your bdt67 Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted only to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's receiving limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account only.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed identity verification to bdt67's satisfaction. bdt67 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other photographic identification — prior to approving any withdrawal request.

Only Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. bdt67 targets withdrawal processing within approximately 15 minutes of approval, however processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, bdt67 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by the player.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. bdt67 may restrict promotional availability based on account status, deposit history, geographic location, or other criteria at our sole discretion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Balance that has not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• bdt67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to suspected bonus abuse, system error resulting in incorrect bonus crediting, or breach of promotional terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering and withdrawal process.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

bdt67 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk while satisfying wagering requirements (known as "bonus hedging"), coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics not consistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdt67 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, remove any promotional credits, and permanently close the Account concerned.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the bdt67 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each sport, market, or game type as published on the Platform. These game-specific rules supplement and are to be read alongside these Terms.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• bdt67 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was made available in error, at incorrect odds, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits may apply to individual markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during goal-scoring events, wickets, injuries, video reviews, and other in-game incidents. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bdt67 does not operate proprietary RNG games.
• Where a technical fault, disconnection, or system error occurs during a live casino session or slot game spin, the game round outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical rules. In cases of irresolvable disputes, the game provider's certified log will be the authoritative record.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt67 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during subsequent verification.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine manual player activity.
• Exploiting software errors, latency advantages, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform's odds and payouts.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to influence betting outcomes.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with a payment provider after depositing funds to the Platform (fraudulent chargeback).
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdt67 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security measures, or communications infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt67 Platform — including but not limited to the bdt67 brand name, logo, graphical assets, interface design, written content, odds data, software, and game content supplied by third-party providers — is the intellectual property of bdt67 or the relevant third-party licensor. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bdt67 intellectual property without prior written authorisation from bdt67.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence is automatically revoked upon Account suspension or closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

bdt67 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which bdt67 accepts no liability.

bdt67's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bdt67 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and platform usage. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the bdt67 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the transfer of data to third-party service providers engaged by bdt67 for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and game provision purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

bdt67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered players. Every Account has access to the following self-management tools, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a specified gaming session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a chosen period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the bdt67 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and take effect within 24 hours of request confirmation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the bdt67 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the bdt67 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and bdt67, you agree to first seek resolution through bdt67's internal complaint and dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of your complaint.

bdt67 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
